In addition to killing grubs, Scotts® GrubEx®1 Season Long Grub Killer also targets other common lawn pests, such as caterpillars (armyworm), chinchbugs, May/June beetles, and more. When applied annually, it can help control Japanese beetle infestations as well.

To use this product effectively, apply it to a dry lawn in the spring or early summer, when grubs are developing. For best results, use a Scotts® spreader, setting it to 3 ½ for broadcast/rotary spreaders, 5 ½ for drop spreaders, or 3 ¾ for Scotts® Wizz®. After application, thoroughly water the lawn to activate the insecticide.
