Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Fall Mix is an overseeding mix that is designed to thicken and strengthen your lawn, helping to prevent future weed growth. This grass seed mix establishes quickly, allowing your lawn to recover from the stresses of summer. The unique 4-in-1 WaterSmart® PLUS Coating on each seed helps to keep the seed moist for twice as long as uncoated seed, provides nutrients to jumpstart growth, and offers protection against disease.

This Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Fall Mix is suitable for use in full sun and light shade, and has a fine-bladed texture with medium drought resistance. It can be used to overseed an existing lawn, and for best results, should be applied in the fall when air temperatures are consistently between 60°F and 80°F. Scotts® recommends using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product, and following the spreader settings provided on the product label.
