The redesigned Scotts® Turf Builder® Grass Seed Kentucky Bluegrass Mix is an elite species that grows dense, green turf and features Root-Building Nutrition, a combination of ingredients that is expertly crafted to help establish deep roots, allowing you to build a stronger, thicker lawn from the roots up. This grass seed blend is designed for full sun and light shade, and has medium drought resistance with high durability, making it suitable for seeding a new lawn or overseeding an existing one.

For best results, apply this product in the spring or fall when daily average soil temperatures are consistently between 55°F and 70°F or air temperatures are between 60°F and 80°F. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply the product, as indicated on the product label. Water daily or as needed to keep the soil surface moist until the seedlings reach at least 2 inches tall.
