This multifunctional product not only kills listed weeds, but also prevents and kills fire ants, while simultaneously feeding and strengthening your lawn against the stresses of heat and drought.

The built-in lawn weed killer in this product effectively controls a variety of problematic weeds, including dollarweed, dandelion, clover, oxalis, plantain, chickweed, and henbit. This comprehensive weed control helps to maintain a lush, healthy lawn.

In addition to its weed-killing capabilities, Scotts® Turf Builder® Southern Triple Action also prevents and kills fire ants for up to 6 months. Furthermore, it provides protection against a range of other pests, such as armyworms, fleas, mole crickets, chinch bugs, sod webworms, and ticks.

This product is suitable for use on various Southern grass types, including St. Augustinegrass (including Floratam), Centipedegrass, Zoysiagrass, and Carpetgrass. It is important to apply the product when weeds are actively growing, and it is recommended to use a Scotts® spreader to ensure even distribution.

For Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders, the recommended setting is 4 ¼, while for Scotts® drop spreaders, the setting is 8 ½. It is crucial to water the product in immediately after application, and to avoid allowing people and pets to re-enter the treated area until the watering-in process is complete and the surface is dry.

A single 26.64 lb. bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® Southern Triple Action can cover up to 8,000 sq. ft. of lawn area. This product is available in the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, KS, LA, MO, MS, NC, NM, OK, SC, and TX.
